Eric Gibbons


Eric coaches ECF 18u Showcase.  He is in his 9th year of coaching travel ball.  He has been directly involved with having girls play and get ready for college level softball for the past 3 years.  He brings passion and knowledge to the girls.   He has direct involvement with many young ladies reach their goal of playing college softball.


2009-2012; Head coach and assistant coach U-8, U-10, and U-12 Recreation and BLAST travel teams, Babe Ruth (Litchfield, NH) 

2013-2014; Head coach and assistant coach U14, U16 Gamers Softball, ASA (Manchester, NH) Assistant coach U-18 ECF Softball, ASA (Milford, MA) 

2015-Present Head Coach U-18 ECF Softball, ASA (Manchester, NH) 

2017-Present, Head Varsity Coach Campbell High School, Litchfield NH.  

2017 season- Finished 3rd in the division out of 24 teams.  In his first year, he brought the team to the semi finals at Plymouth State College.  The team finished regular season play at 13-3 with an overall record of 15-4.


Doug Coyle 


Doug Coyle coaches ECF 18U Showcase.  Doug graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1997 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, spent four seasons with the Bearcats as their starting catcher.

The former Bearcat earned two All-Conference Team honors.  He was second team all Great Midwest Conference as a sophomore, and second team all Conference USA as a junior.  He led the team in hitting his sophomore season and was second in hitting his junior year.  He was also named to both conference all tournament teams in his sophomore and junior campaigns. 

Brittany McNulla

Brittany is the head coach of ECF Elite 18U.  She also carries quite an impressive resume of junior and collegiate play:

  • 2017: Lead CCSU in AVG. (.325), Hits (40), and RBIS (32)

  • 2017: Lead the Northeast Conference in runners thrown out and picked off runners

  • 2013 – Current: Hitting and Catching Instructor

  • 2015-2017: Played collegiate softball for Central Connecticut State University

  • 2014: Played collegiate softball for The University of Virginia

  • 2014 Nashua Telegraph Softball Player of the Year

  • 2014 New Hampshire Division III Player of the Year

  • Three-time All-State New Hampshire First Team

  • 2011 All-State New Hampshire Second Team

  • Three-time Manchester Union Leader All-State First Team

  • Three-time Nashua Telegraph First-Team All-Star

  • Helped lead Campbell to first three New Hampshire State Championships (2011, 2013, 2014)

  • New Hampshire state runner-up in 2012

  • Played travel ball for East Coast Firecrackers 18U Gold



Madison Ryan


Maddi is the head coach of ECF 16U Blue.  As a freshman at Franklin Pierce University,  Maddi was Northeast-10 Conference All-Rookie Team
Prior to attending Franklin Pierce, Maddi was a four-year letterwinner at Dracut (Mass.) High School...Played at the club level for Rhode Island Thunder and Wilson Polar Crush...Also a three-year letterwinner in indoor track.


Renee LeClaire

Renee is an assistant coach of ECF 16U Blue.  Renee is currently in her junior year at WPI, where she currently is batting .381 with 4hr and 14 rbi.  During her career at WPI, Renee has the following accomplishments:

  • Led team in average (.445), hits (49), RBIs (37), and doubles (16)

  • Ranked top 5 in conference in multiple offensive categories

  • NEWMAC First-Team All Conference

  • New England All-Region First team

  • All American Nominee


Steve Glynn


 Steve is the head coach of ECF Red 16U.  He graduated from St. John’s Prep and Assumption College.  He is in his third year coaching at ECF.  Prior to joining ECF, Steve was involved with the Londonderry Lightning and LAFA softball programs from 2011 through 2015, including Coordinator of their 12U and 14U leagues.  Steve coached in the Londonderry Lightning program and was a contributor to player development in 2014 and 2015 for their recreational and competitive travel teams.  


Kaitlyn Rooney


Kaitlyn is an assistant coach for ECF Red 16U.  Kaitlyn currently plays for the Franklin Pierce University Ravens.  Prior to joining Franklin Pierce, Kaitlyn was a three sport athlete at Lawrence Academy, competing for the field hockey, ice hockey and softball squads.  In her sophomore season, she was an ISL Honorable Mention selection and the most improved player on her softball team.  During her junior year, she was an ISL All-League softball selection and the team's MVP and in her senior campaign, she earned the coaches award in field hockey, was named to the ISL All-League team and was a team MVP as well as being named the team captain. In the classroom, Kaitlyn earned high academic honors five times.




Tony Scafidi

Tony has been coaching softball for over 10 years and helped establish the Litchfield Blast travel program as director and head coach.  During his six year coaching career with the 10U/12U Litchfield Blast and 14U NH Fusion, Tony’s teams won 17 tournament championships including 3 NH state titles (ASA & Babe Ruth) and an overall record of 157-70-3 (.683 winning percentage).   In addition to coaching, Tony served as president of Litchfield’s town recreational softball league from 2005-2009.  This is Tony's third year with the ECF program. 


Holly Kathios

Kaitlyn is the assistant coach for ECF 14U.  Holly currently plays for the Salve Regina University Seahawks.  Holly was named First Team New Hampshire All State and played for Rhode Island Thunder Elite.



Haeli Campbell


Haeli is head coach of ECF 12U.  She currently plays for the University of Southern Maine Huskies.   Haeli played high school softball for Goffstown, NH where she earned three varsity letters.  Haeli was named to All-State first team as a junior and senior.   



Jose Gonzalez

Jose has been coaching softball for 14 years.  His experience includes five years as Merrimack, NH Babe Ruth Travel 10U coach where his teams qualified for back-to-back Regional appearances, including a State Championship in 2016.  For the past two years, Jose was an assistant coach for the Merrimack Middle School Softball program (2017 Tri-County Div 1 Champions).  He is now serving as head coach.  In addition to coaching, Jose is on the Board of Directors of Merrimack's recreational softball league and Treasurer of the Merrimack High School Softball Booster Club.  This is Jose's second year with ECF.
